James Harrison
Group Executive, Corporate and Institutional Banking
James is NAB's Group Executive, Corporate and Institutional Banking, a role he was appointed to in 2017. In this role James has global responsibility for leading NAB's relationship banking team focused on institutional and corporate client relationships across key industry sectors. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Invia Wealth Partners.
James was previously Acting Chief Customer Officer – Corporate and Institutional Banking and has held other Executive roles with NAB, focusing on corporate and institutional markets, since joining in 2016.
Before joining NAB, James was with ANZ Bank, where between 2005 and 2016 he held senior executive roles in Corporate Finance, Institutional Banking and Capital Markets.
David Kensington
DEPUTY GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - NAB
David is an experienced business leader with over 25 years in finance related roles across a breadth of industries, including banking, general insurance, advice, funds management, property, technology and operations.
David joined NAB in December 2020 as CFO of the Personal Banking business, responsible for its financial management as well as driving strategy development and execution. In December 2024, David was appointed to the position of Deputy CFO for NAB, and in January 2025 appointed to the Board of Invia Wealth Partners.
Before joining NAB, David held senior finance roles with the Commonwealth Bank of
Australia spanning a 17 year period, including General Manager Group Finance and CFO of
its Consumer Banking business.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce
(Accounting & Finance) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Australia & New Zealand.
Victoria Belmont
Group General Counsel
Victoria is an experienced legal executive with more than 25 years in senior legal and management roles across Australia, Europe and Asia, specialising in the financial services sector. She brings deep expertise in institutional banking, securitisation and debt capital markets, along with extensive experience leading complex legal, regulatory and governance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Victoria joined NAB in August 2021 and has held several senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Legal Officer for the Corporate and Customer Division Legal function. She was appointed Group General Counsel of NAB in December 2025 and became a Director of Invia Wealth Partners in February 2026.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and has also served in the Army Reserve, graduating from the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
